Blue Crane Clinic is founded by Ingrid Heintzberger Vu, who is a National Board Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist. Licensed in the State of Washington since 1999, Ingrid has helped thousands of clients in the region from Oregon, Washington, and Idaho (and more). Ingrid's Specialty practice combines BioEnergetic techniques along with Acupuncture, and custom herb/dietary supplement prescribing to help clients get to the root of their health imbalances.

Ingrid Heintzberger Vu's practice often includes Acupuncture. These treatments are very relaxing and comfortable. Superfine filaments are placed gently into the body at the points of least electrical resistance. In some cases needle-free options are used for young children and others. Acupuncture is one part of the whole field of East Asian Medicine (or Traditional Chinese Medicine). Herbal and or nutritional supplements, carefully prescribed, make up another branch of this exciting field.
